Reflection Time :D

My reflection

At the start of my project, I had three learning goals which are:

Firstly, I would like to expand my knowledge of Excel and learn new functions that I did not learn in my first semester of studies.
Secondly, I would like to create an Excel guidebook for others to use and be able to learn new Excel functions.
Lastly, I want to build up my presentation skills and share my knowledge of the 7 Dimension of Culture with the Vietnamese students so they can learn something that they do not learn in their regular curriculum.

I am grateful for this opportunity to be able to take up this guided learning project. Throughout the whole OCP and doing the Excel project, I was able to have better time management and learn more about the different functions of Excel. Furthermore, from the YEP-GO OCP, I was able to learn more about the Vietnamese culture and understand more about their daily school life.

I am glad that I have achieved the three learning goals that I set for myself at the start of the Guided Learning. I have learned more about the different functions that I can use in Excel and I have built up my communication and presentation skills throughout the whole OCP. As for the final project with my team, I am glad to be able to deliver a successful presentation with my groupmates from Vietnam about the 7 Dimensions of Culture to the Temasek Polytechnic students as well as the Vietnamese students from Le Quy Don High School

Lastly, to sum up everything, the exchange was a fruitful one and I would like to thank my learning facilitator, Ms Wong, for being there to help us plan for the OCP and guide us along the way. If given a chance to take part in similar events like this, I will not hesitate and I will definitely sign up for it.
